Helpful in a first email

- Interest structures used (retained, rolled-up, serviced, default rates)
- Who receives reporting today (investors, board, funders, auditors) and how often
- Where the data currently lives (spreadsheets, a servicing system, a previous servicer)
- Which of the nine service lines you would like scoped
