A services company, deliberately narrow
Absolute Funding Services Ltd is an administrative services company. Its nature of business at Companies House is combined office administrative services, and that is precisely what it does: ledgers, statements, receipts, diaries, files and reports for lenders.
It does not lend, underwrite, arrange, advise or hold money. Keeping the scope narrow keeps it honest. A lender can engage us for administration alone and know exactly what it is and is not buying, with no origination, funding or advisory relationship attached.
The people behind it have spent their careers originating, structuring and recovering real estate loans. They know which numbers get questioned at redemption, at audit and in front of investors, and built this company so those numbers are right first time.

Dean Saunders
DirectorOver 15 years' experience across construction, infrastructure and project finance. Career began on landmark UK schemes including the Olympic Stadium, the Shard and the Houses of Parliament, before moving into senior leadership overseeing multi-disciplinary development teams and managing distressed asset recovery. Oversees facility administration, monitoring and document control.
